Kids Backing Kids, Inc. collects and uses personal information from donors that includes: donor name, address, telephone number, email address, amount donated, and any donor comments. Tax laws require us to keep contact information and contribution levels of all donors.

Kids Backing Kids, Inc. collects the name, address, telephone number, and email address of all volunteers. 

 

How Information Is Used

Kids Backing Kids, Inc. will not provide or release any personally identifiable information to third parties who are not under the direction of the organization.

 

Information collected is maintained and used for: distributing receipts for donations, thanking donors and volunteers, informing donors and volunteers about upcoming Kids Backing Kids events and activities, internal analysis and record-keeping, and contacting donors and volunteers about any changes to our Privacy Policy.

 

Electronic Communications

All electronic communications from Kids Backing Kids, Inc. contain unsubscribe options and a link to our Privacy Policy. Donors contributing online can choose to donate anonymously, though Kids Backing Kids will still receive basic donor information (billing name, city, state), which is kept in an anonymous donor record file. 

 

Donors and volunteers may share their communication preferences in the comments section provided. They also may contact Jim Rodrigue at jim.rodrigue@kidsbackingkids.org to update communication preferences at any time.
